● Maintain direct attorney contact
When you contact our office, we will arrange an initial appointment with you to discuss your needs and how we might be able to help you. We charge a nominal fee of $100 for that appointment. Everything you tell us at that appointment is confidential as set out in the Rules of Professional Conduct.
If you decide to engage our services, we prepare an Engagement Letter that sets out the terms of our representation.
● We do not do divorces on contingent fee arrangements
● We do accept flat fee or hourly arrangements
● We are not allowed under the Code of Professional Conduct to predict or guarantee any particular outcome of a case
Once you have engaged our services we proceed to prosecute your case as provided in the Engagement Letter.
